Overview
Evolve is a multinational corporation in the direct sales industry. Among its well-known brands are Luxe, Glow, and Zen. Each brand typically caters to different market segments, offering a diverse range of products that include cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and accessories.
At the core of Evolve’s missions lies a deep commitment to the empowerment of women and their development.
For us, the primary objective was to brainstorm innovative ideas and develop proof of disruptive concepts to present to the executives at Evolve, aimed at enhancing the quality of their existing application, which supports Beauty Consultants in selling the company's products to consumers.
In addition to that, develop an impactful awareness strategy to elevate Evolve Beauty's brand visibility among potential Consultants, highlighting the company's commitment to women's empowerment, entrepreneurship, and beauty through authentic and compelling narratives.
'Beauty Consultants' are independent distributors who promote and sell Evolve's products.
These consultants earn commissions and bonuses based on their sales volume.
They also often work on a flexible schedule to sell products and earn through participation in multiple campaigns throughout the year. Each campaign has a different
Their role includes promoting offers and building strong, lasting, client relationships.
Theme #1 let's the consultants be empowered with a tool that allows them to grow their networks and connect with clients on a deeper level by offering tailored value and supporting them even after the sale.
We’ll reassure and motivate them to share client information with Evolve, helping to build stronger relationships and by using personalized communication strategies, we can turn routine transactions into meaningful, genuine connections.
Theme #2 is aimed to enhance consultant retention and consistency by addressing key challenges, such as meeting minimum order thresholds and sustaining a steady client base across campaigns.
The focus was also on developing strategies to boost engagement, provide ongoing support, and equip consultants with the tools and training necessary to grow and solidify their client base.
The desired outcome was to increase their lifetime value, foster long-term stability in order volumes, and ultimately reduce attrition and churn.
Theme #3 focuses on creating a personalized learning journey for consultants, reinforcing their skills while providing motivating prompts to apply their knowledge.
Highlight the program's benefits to inspire them, encouraging exploration and a commitment not just to becoming better consultants, but to mastering the craft of a beauty expert. Offer a flexible, engaging learning experience with clear goals and progression paths, ensuring both satisfaction and long-term growth.
Learnings
One of the most exciting aspects of our project was brainstorming innovative ideas and developing disruptive concepts for Evolve's executives. Through our ideation process, we explored future possibilities, expanding the functionality of their application to better support Beauty Consultants.
Additionally, we crafted an impactful awareness strategy to elevate Evolve's brand visibility, emphasizing their commitment to women's empowerment, entrepreneurship. Regular feedback was key in keeping us aligned, ensuring the final product was not only innovative but also closely aligned with the needs of both the Consultants and the brand’s vision.
